Job Was A Righteous Man...

One day God the devil came before the throne of God and when God asked Him where He had been and he told Him, Oh I have been here and there, causing trouble, breaking up marriages, enticing the weak to try my wonder drugs, making people think it is OK to live the "good life". Then The Lord looked at Job and He said, I guess you have not considered my servant <insert your name>, she was once one of your harlots, living life on the crazy side, but then one day I called her back to me, I have built her up and refined her, I have made her wise to your tricks. She is strong and faithful. 

The devil snorted back to God "Oh, she is faithful now...but take away all that she has, touch the most important part of woman, her heart, and see if she does not curse you to your face". Well, God knew that you were strong, after all, he made you in His image, so He told the devil, "Go ahead and put her through the fire but spare her life, you must not let her die". So the devil came back down and started meddling in your life, he caused your man to leave and have an affair, your kids were being little devil's themselves, no money to pay the bills and just about everything that could go wrong went wrong...but most of all, your heart ached and there was just nothing to make it go away. 

The devil put awful thoughts into your mind, like "If your marriage was meant to be he wouldn't have left" or "If he hasn't come back by now, he isn't going to", But, you had just spent months and weeks walking with the Lord...The Lord gave you the instruction manual that warned you of these technical difficulties, so you were ready. 

You knew The Lord was hiding His face only to see if you would make Him proud of you...Will you tell Satan to "talk to the hand?" or will you give in to him? I chose to look up...to keep seeking The Lord until He came back and hid himself no more. And when he did He told Satan "I told you she would not curse me to my face, she is my precious daughter, I have put her through the fire time and again and she comes out stronger and stronger...She is fit to be a good wife to the man I have chosen for her. She is a perfect wife for a Godly man...So BE GONE Satan!!  

With that, Satan went back out into the world to find another woman who gave up too soon...
